Terms of Service

By creating an account or using CommuteGlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

CommuteGlow is a subscription-based web application that provides:

• Real-time traffic monitoring with leave-time notifications via Google Maps
• Weather-based personalised skincare routines (morning and evening)
• Daily skin score based on UV index, AQI, temperature, and humidity
• Shareable skin score cards
• Push notification alerts for commute and skincare reminders

You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration. Accounts found to be providing false information may be suspended.

CommuteGlow offers the following subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited access to browse the application interface
• Pro Plan (₹99/month): Full access to Travel Monitor and Skincare Advisor

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fee.

Subscriptions are billed monthly from the date of purchase. You will receive access to paid features immediately upon successful payment.

All subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing the Service, please contact us through commuteglow.com within 48 hours of purchase and we will review your case individually.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Traffic data is sourced from Google Maps and may not always be accurate. Skincare recommendations are general guidelines and not a substitute for professional medical or dermatological advice.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CommuteGlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or any reliance on skincare or traffic recommendations.

All content, design, logos, and software on CommuteGlow are the property of CommuteGlow and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
